A woman in labour at Fazilka civil hospital delivered a baby on the bed with assistance from other women present, as hospital staff allegedly ignored her pleas for help. The family demands action against the negligent staff. Dr Rohit Goyal, SMO of the hospital, has stated that an investigation will be conducted and appropriate action taken if negligence is found.
