Microsoft is reportedly developing its own AI reasoning models to rival OpenAI and may sell them to developers. In a bid to reduce dependence on OpenAI, Microsoft has integrated internal and external models into its Microsoft 365 Copilot, with plans to replace OpenAI's models.
